Prices
• The indicated prices are per flat and week.
• Sheets and towels included.
• All additional costs such as electricity, water, rubbish and final cleaning are included.
Local tax
• 2.90 Euro per guest per night.
• Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
• Local tax is payable on departure.
Check-in & check-out
• Check-in from 2.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Please inform us if you are going to arrive after 7.00 p.m.
• Check-out before 9.00 a.m. After 9.00 a.m., you will be charged for 1 extra day.
Reservations
• Valid with written confirmation.
• A deposit of 30% of the total amount is payable within 10 days of booking.
• In event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation policy
• Cancellation in writing only.
• Cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival date: no cancellation fee.
• The following cancellation fees apply:
- up to 1 month before arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation;
- from 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival date: 90% of the total reservation amount;
- in the last week before arrival: 100% of the total reservation amount.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure that differs from the agreed reservation, you will be charged the full amount.
